Cowork Date uses your Discord ID, username, display name, and avatar to put you in the right room. We store your room membership, status, task, seat, current work counters, shared timer, reactions, room goal, and any room image you upload. Others in that Activity can see these details.

We do not read messages or record voice chat. There are no ads or third-party analytics trackers. Settings, saved plans, task lists, private focus history, and a copy of your last room image stay on your device. Only the task you choose to work on is shared with the room. A completed task briefly appears with a checkmark. Clearing browser or Discord app data can remove your saved information. Discord handles sign-in; we use its access token to connect your session and do not save it in our database.

If you send developer feedback, your message, Discord username, display name, and avatar are sent to the developer in a private Discord channel. We do not include your room name, status, or task. Contact support if you want feedback removed.

Cloudflare hosts the app, database, and images. Discord and Cloudflare process connection information, such as IP addresses, to deliver and protect the service. We do not sell your data.

Inactive rooms are deleted after seven days. Room images expire after seven days and are normally removed within another day. The host or original uploader can remove an image sooner. Deleted database records may remain in Cloudflare recovery backups for up to 30 days.

We keep anonymous totals for coworking time, sessions, image uploads, and group sizes after room data expires. These totals contain no Discord IDs, names, room names, statuses, or images. Total coworking time, total and active session counts, and average session length are public.

In “My progress,” you can delete your saved data on this device and your Activity profiles and images on our servers. A short-lived deletion marker prevents automatic reconnection and lets interrupted image cleanup finish. This does not recall feedback sent to Discord or remove anonymous usage totals. Contact support to remove feedback.

For questions or deletion requests, contact the moderators in Cowork Date support. Include your Discord ID so we can find your records. We will ask you to confirm that the account is yours before sharing or deleting private data.
